What do you charge for your service?
Our sales fees are determined on a case by case basis. Trash removal is available at a separate rate.

What if I don’t have enough things to sell or no place to sell it?
Call us! We’ll come to you for a free evaluation. We will work with any size house with any number of items. We will customize our service to your individual needs.

What is an estate sale?
An estate sale is a way of liquidating (getting rid of) all the items in a home or an estate. These are usually much more than garage or yard sales. People turn to an estate sale when they are in need of a way to sell items due to downsizing, moving, divorce, bankruptcy or death. The public is invited into the home and give the opportunity to buy the items that are for sale. There are other items that are not for sale due to the family’s decision to keep them. At times, these items are part of the contract that the new house owners buy along with the house.
